I went to show them that I have paid my money. The guy at the front handed me a piece of paper to call and make an appointment. I asked if I could make one while I was there. he proceeded to slide me the paper. He didn't try to answer any questions, no one was there waiting to get help, and the security guard was rude as well. I wasted my lunch time and a gas just to get turned around. I then called the 1800 number that was handed to me and the lady I spoke to was polite and told me my balanced was zero. Now, why he couldn't do it while I was at the office. Also, they need a real person to talk to when we call the number instead of an automated person. We need real people to do this job. I'm still mad at their customer service system... it sucks and need to be redone.
How can I make an appointment if you hang up the phone and tell me to make an appointment?
UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! IT DOESN'T TAKE A DEGREE AND CLASS TO WORK FOR THE IRS BECAUSE EVIDENTLY THEY HIRED THESE PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS OF THE HOOD/GHETTO!!! NO RESPECT AND NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T ANY BETTER THAN THE LOCAL OFFICES!!! RUDE!!! THE DON'T EVEN DESERVE THE 1 STAR THAT I GAVE THEM.

I went to get a transcript. I was told to come back after 2, but when I went back it was around 2:40, because I had other business to take care of. When I arrived there was a big blue and white sign stating they weren't giving out anymore tickets. The young lady could have told me to be back exactly at 2; if she knew this happens everyday or often. I am pretty sure it does. Wasted time and gas!
