Nice staff. Great donuts. I only eat the glazed. Make sure you are always getting the fresh ones.
My family and I visited the store on Veterans in Columbus, GA on Saturday at around 11 pm. We ordered a dozen of assorted donuts. This location was out of all Halloween donuts and so many others that I could not begin to name. When we got to check out I showed a 25% off coupon of any assorted dozen. The cashier then TOOK my phone and proceeded to go through my email. She then told her manger that I had the coupon but did not have the app! (I do have the app she did not ask). So now the cashier STILL has my phone and closed out of the email and went through my apps trying to find the Kk app. All while my husband was telling her we have the app and can open it for her. She then (still having my phone) scanned the rewards and said that the rewards system was down but she could still give a discount. She FINALLY handed me back my phone and proceed to check us out. When we got the receipt we realized she only gave us a 10% discount and not The 25%. They were all very rude and acted like we didnt want us there!
The employee was super nice & friendly. She fixed my coffee just right along with my donut. She advised that hot ones would be ready in a few minutes if I wanted to wait.
Great place! Donuts are always fresh and tasty. The staff is always patient, friendly and helpful. Drive thru and sit down available. Kiddos love to see the donuts be made. And they reward good grades!
Great doughnuts and clean area. There is a cool glass window that you can look through and see the dougnuts getting made on an assembly line thing. You also get free Krispy Kreme hats.
