I figured I could make a quick run to this bank on my lunch break.....(yeeea right) They took foooorrever to cash a money order ...Not because the line was long because there was no one in there. I was pressed for time and the teller kept trying to chit chat and their fees are tooooo high if u are not a member 1st and last vist to Regions
I give this establishment 5 stars, because of Alliyah the teller!!! She is an amazing teller with excellent customer service :) She cashed my 2 party check for repairs on my vehicle in less than a hour after the 1st teller wasted my time being lazy and nonchalant. Thanks Alliyah!
They take to damn long
Very poor service and staff. Everything I tried to get done they said we couldn't, bank of America is now treating us just fine... We switched b c of them and couldn't be happier!
