Poor customer service. Wanted to purchase a bible (old style Dake's) but it is no longer in print and the store could not get one. After some searching online was able to find one from a former book store owner who had 2 left from his stock. Purchased the bible online. Went to LifeWay to have the bible engraved with my name on it. Although they engrave bibles and I was happy to pay to have it engraved they will not engrave it because it was not purchased from them nor is it a bible they can order then sell. I'm trying to understand, I tried to purchase from LifeWay but they couldn't get the bible. Now that I have it I wanted to pay LifeWay to engrave my name on it. They can do it, but won't do it. Someone help me understand.
