Staff is pleasant and generally more than one employee to keep things moving vs fedex store who will keep customers waiting.
Please explain to me why the staff there believe they are better than everyone else? I would never put down a person's job but the way they treat people is similar to roaches... I only use ups because of amazon but I have no problem putting a ticket in and requesting to no longer have to use UPS service. The supervisor really should read their ratings and maybe figure out what's wrong with this store. Don't worry I will message corporate to help out and inform them how you are slaughtering the UPS name.
NEW OWNER. I had an issue submitting a doc to print online. I came in, was helped right away, and was even given the 20% online discount. In addition, they punched holes and bound my manual as well. Great service all around, I will be back. I hope any of you will go back and give Robert, the new owner, a chance, and not let past experiences tarnish the clean slate he wants to provide. I think you will be very pleased.
All we did was drop a package off and walk away as it was all prepaid and sealed up, we would never willingly choose this store again if it wasn't for the fact we had a sick child with us and had to rush. The OWNER came out chasing my fiancee, HARASSING and rudely speaking to her because she gave a bad review about a month ago. Highly unprofessional, disgusting behavior that I believe should never be shown to anyone, extremely petty and all for the sake of his pride, I hope he felt good talking down to a woman half his size, because I was furious. What a joke and embarrassment this store is. Treating anyone like this is unacceptable and an outrage. Abusing a woman just because she seemed to be on her own. Will never use again!
