I would like to thank you for showing me all the sofas in the store and explaining the quality on how its built, because all leather sofas are hard to find. You show me the different fabrics, colors and explain how I could have it build to my choosing while knowing it was nearing closing time on Christmas Eve, I did not feel rushed. Thanks for keeping in touch by mail and letting me know when the furniture had arrive. I pick up my new furniture last Saturday 30 Jan 17 and was very please on the look, soft feel and quality of construction is tops. You are a great Design-Sales Consultant for Laz Boy of Columbus. We don't buy furniture very often (who does?) but this La-Z-Boy location made it easy. Justin Brown was the salesperson who helped us, and he was very friendly and knowledgable, answering all our questions. We just got back from buying some new pieces for our living room. We almost bought a cheaper version from a competing store, but decided that La-Z-Boy had more comfortable furniture, plus the included stain guard on the material was a big selling point.
