I have bought a dryer with complimentary delivery. I waited in my house for delivery the whole time and no-one shows up. They didn't even called me. I went back to the store to find out the issue, and i was told that the delivery was rescheduled in a week without me being told anything . I then requested help to loaded in my truck. Some helped with the dryer until the parking lot and desapeared on me. Poor service ever. Very disappointed. Stacia the manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional with a big mouth. We can give you your money back. Yes that's how you treat customers
Customer service in this store is awful! Is Lowes making so much money that the employees can ignore customers? If that's the case just think how much more money they could make if they had good customer service. Think about it!
Calling here gets you no where you have to waste gas just to get information that could have been told to you over the phone if they knew how to pick up a phone. Even when you're in the store customers don't believe in trying to help you you have to physically walk around the store a hundred times to hunt down somebody that can help you and even then they still act like they don't want to help you. Home Depot is no better but at least I'm able to get some service eventually while I'm there, here it's impossible. I've already spent 30 minutes of my day calling to speak to the front desk people and trying to get in touch with the electrical department nobody has picked up the phone once.
Made an order online and received a phone call telling me that the items were not in stock. Fine, things happen and counts are off. I asked the lady if there were other items similar to the ones I wanted that were the same price. Indeed it was and she said she would take care of that and have the replacements ready for pick up. Shortly after I received another phone call telling me I was quoted the wrong price for the replacement and all that could be done was a refund. It would have been nice if the two items were honored for the price that was quoted to me. I’m leaving two stars because the associate was pleasant and apologetic but I’m still empty handed
This place is the absolute worst. I do contracting jobs on the side, and I will never spend another some here. I could type out all 500 times this place has been a complete wast of time and money. But, what's the pointe. Especially the management. Justin is HORRIBLE.
