I have needed a lot of assistance and hand holding for my recent policy. Josh and the rest of Shaun's group have been soooooo helpful. I have appreciated all that has been done to make this as easy as possible. Great job guys!

My experience in the beginning was very pleasant. Mrs. Harley was very knowledgeable and was able to get my policy started very quickly. When renewal time came around every six months, she was sure to contact me and help find all the discounts that would apply to my policy. That's the extent of my "good" experience! My experience with this office over the last six months has rapidly plummeted. I moved from the city to the country and my rates went up, and then to add insult to injury, someone in the office "forgot" to add some sort of $100 charge towards my policy 2 renewals ago. I was informed that they do not handle any type of "billing issues". I cancelled my policy less than 24hrs after the money had been withdrawn from my account, I didn't have the expectation of the money to be refunded to me immediately but in my eyes, a few days would have been acceptable for a return. When I called to address the issue, not only was I lied to but brushed off as well. The customer service and knowledge Josh provided me with my issues was less than satisfactory!
Excellent customer service. Joshua Whitehead has stepped-up and went above and beyond in helping me and I believe it's safe to say that I will be a life long customer because of this. Thank you so much to the Allstate staff under Mr. McGarry for all that you have done and will continue to do in the future.
