I was just there September 3rd 2017... Now sales lady was good... And even the counter where i paid was okay... I am not rating for the mattress yet since i literally just bought it... But, i don't like that if you don't have a roof rack on top of car.. They won't help tie it down.. There needs to be better options and around back is so cramped up its ridiculous... Not alot of room to drive back there.. My anxiety was bad because i had a hard time tying the mattress down... I do suggest adding more options to help for those of us who do not have a car with a roof rack.. This is more important to me..
Tracey was absolutely wonderful. Though it took me a couple of hours to find the right bed and living room sets, he was extremely patient and helpful the whole time.
So my experience was generally good until the sectional I bought started breaking internally. I have two ribs that have broken within 3-4 months of purchase. One has punctured the side. I called to see if there was a remedy, but not at all since it is an outlet. I chose Rooms To Go, because I trusted the brand. Buyer beware that this OUTLET does not offer any protection of your purchase. I will never shop here EVER!!!!
