The movers, Brandon and Lee were awesome in packing and delivering my things from my 3 bedroom home to my 2 bedroom apartment. They took their time, but were efficient in taking care of my things and assembling the bigger items for me. Their attitudes were very pleasant and they remained professional the entire time. Thanks guys! I plan to use them again, once I move into my new home.
The absolute worst moving company i have ever used.
By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The broke my stuff upon packing. Then didn't say anything about it I caught the guy. Then he broke something else and shoved it in the box. Was drunk and had a attitude problem. Loading no issues however trying to get a drop off day and time is like pulling teeth. The representative at the desk I called has an attitude as well. Didn't take any of my info down other than contact info and said let me call you back. I waited 2hrs and still nothing. Then upon calling back she gave me some BS about I'll call you back by the end of the day. Still hasn't asked when I need it to be dropped off at or time. I will never recommend this company and will be filling a complaint through the military and through this company. Absolutely ridiculous. If you say your going to do something just do it. Stick to your word and explain the process to the customer your the one who has our stuff we don't want it to be there anymore than you do. Garbage company and garbage people
Outstanding service the drivers as well as the helpers took their time and did a great job nothing not one item was broken in anyway. They did a great job of taking care of the house at both ends of the move. They were very nice and all seemed to enjoy their work and it showed with the care that they showed. If your thinking of hiring a mover this company may cost you a little more but without a doubt to get what you pay for.
On-time, furniture picked up & delivered quickly. Courteous & friendly driver & helper(s). Note: I would have preferred my leather couches be padded & plastic-wrapped before carrying down stairs & loading-unloading. The same company (Allied Van Lines) who did the move before this agent Coleman used pads and wrapped my expensive couches before loading. That is why 4 stars & not 5. The guy who came over from Coleman to assess/evaluate was very friendly, a people-person. He was very helpful as well. Overall: I'd recommend over anyone else in that geographical region.
