Had a new toilet installed. It broke on us and within a day it was fixed. Joana made sure we got seen the next day and Christopher came out, explained everthing and fixed it. Great job, super professional. Our toilet looks awesome and works great!
Called in Sunday night to get a plumber out due to a water leak. My husband and I both were told since we didn't not want to pay the outrageous after hours fee, Tuesday morning would work for them to come out. We were told this Sunday and Monday. It was the same pipe they had capped off not even 2 years ago and under warranty. After multiple calls to get an ETA on the plumber I finally got a call at 1545 saying the plumber would be at our house within 30minutes. I had a right to be frustrated and upset since my husband and I were told someone would be at the house Tuesday morning. I was told they don't always meet the customers needs per Monique. BTW Monique also said she was the one in charge of the schedule. The only thing pleasant in the whole situation was the plumber. He fixed the issue free of charge and told us our water pressure was too high and offered to fix it for nearly 900 dollars. Monique was very rude and unprofessional. I would have been more understanding and less impatient had we not been told Tuesday morning. I will never use this company nor refer them again. I am glad we have friends that opened their doors to us so we could shower and get water for our three dogs.. I am rating it a one star since I can't go lower. If a company advertises fast response well that is what needs to happen and not after calling several times. I also contact the Better Business Bureau. Word of mouth does damage. Terrible experience.
I called on a Saturday due to a backed up sewer line. They were at my house within 3 hours without an "emergency" visit pricing. Unfortunately it was determined I needed a new sewer line. I was quoted approximately $5,500 for a 85 foot line. Jason was our representative was pleasant and knowledgeable. He is probably one of the best plumbers I have run into. He does things right and stands by his word. My sewer line was replaced within a day. They even put back the sod that they tore up when digging the trench. I may have paid more than other plumbers, but experiencing Jason, Juan and the other gentleman (sorry I can't remember his name) during the replacement was enjoyable.
