You can almost always find any of the parts and merchandise here significantly cheaper online, and likely have it shipped to your house sooner than the parts department could get something ordered. The service department is pretty squared away though. Techs are knowledgeable and experienced, shop fees are reasonable, they don't take an unreasonably long time to get work done, and they don't mind helping load/unload bikes from a truck with ramps or forklift or whatever.
William was my salesman and I had a great experience! I recommend anybody in the market or just window shopping go deal with them, they are great people superior customer service. We got such a good deal we bought 2 units and then went back a week later and got our kids1! We will use them for our needs in the future! Thanks folks!
My husband needed a mode of transportation to and from work and was looking at a used scooter. I had my misgivings that, though economical, the scooter would only be a short term solution. We were shown some other options, but again, they were used cycles (due to our limited funds). Will listened to me and found a new bike, though the model year was older, for a REALLY reasonable price and was something both my husband and I can drive, if needed. I really appreciate that he went above, trying to sell A motorcycle, to selling me one I wanted to own.
I walked around the store for 15 minutes. I finally had to chase an employee down. Nobody ever offered to assist me. They were not busy as there was only one other person in the shop. All of the employees were in each other's offices conducting "water cooler talk". I told the employee what I was looking for, a mule or smaller 4 wheeler. Didn't bother to go over the features, etc. Just wrote the price down on a back of a business card and then answered his personal cell phone. Guess these guys were not interested making the sale. I had the wife's. Permission to but it and was ready to walk out the door with one.
Took my Victory Vision in to have a Power Commander V installed and tuned. Great experience, Kevin in the service department was very informative and helpful in getting my Bike done and back to me, All the guys are A+ . Thanks Paul for always taking care of me.
