This was the first and only time I had been dissatisfied with the service at Publix, but is very apparent that Jason was willing to do what it takes to make it right.

The deli manager (I think her name was Norma) was very sympathetic about my chicken wing situation and called Jason (the store manager on duty) to the front. Norma offered to comp my chicken wings. This was great, but unfortunately but once again I had to get back to work and did not have time to wait. Without me even explaining this, Jason offered to personally deliver our breaded chicken wings to my place of business. This was totally unexpected, and I truly did not expect this level of customer service. Everyone make mistakes and I understand this, but the length that Jason and his staff went to insure the we were completely satisfied was above and beyond.

Best cuts of meat in Columbus. The butcher and his department know what they are doing and will cut you what you need. Great customer service every time. I've never had a bad experience here.
We ordered some breaded wings and was told that they would available be for pick up in 15 minutes. I went in 20 minutes later to discover that my ordered had not even been started. I was rather disappointed and had to get back to work because i did not have time to wait. When I returned over an hour later, the order was still not completed. At this point I was perturbed and decided that management needed to be informed of the situation.
I enjoyed shopping at Publix because of the buy one get one free.and they carry a large variety of different things.and the employees are so so helpful and friendly.
Bakery items are really delicious and priced well. I always have excellent customer service, quick and friendly.
