Small wait but worth it. I had the nurse practioner that came in and was amazing. She took her time answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. If I ever have to go back I pray I get her again.
Husband was at his 3rd visit for getting hurt at work. We were waiting for almost 2 hours for a doctor to see him. Very rude staff and very unprofessional. An ER is better then this place.
Very rude & attitudes all at the front desk . Defiently won’t be coming here again.
Terrible experiences with the staff at this location. I live next to it and would drive right past to go the next facility because the front desk staff does not understand the need for empathy in dealing with their fellow man. I've left this location three times because of the way i saw multiple people treated before I made it to the front desk. The first time, i gave the benefit of the young lady having a bad day. However after three times (one of which where knee of the doctors was standing there) i began to see it as a culture. It was like a bunch of kids working at McDonalds. As a doctor, i would be ashamed to have these type of front line in my office.
I went after a I received a cut to my finger on the job and was told to go there by workers comp. It was bleeding pretty bad but I had gotten it to stop by the time I arrived at the center. I was the only patient on the occupational side waiting room and after about 25 minutes of the staff talking about their personal business one of them opened the door and called me back. She looked at finger briefly and gave me a specimen cup for a drug screen ( which by the way my employer did not require) and told me to go in the bathroom. I asked for something for my finger because I didn't want it to start bleeding again and she opened a band-aid and roughly put it on my finger. I went in the bathroom and tried to unbutton my pants but couldn't and asked my husband to come help me. She looked at my husband and said she is being very dramatic. He told me later because he didn't want me to get upset. The doctor came and looked at my finger and sent me to the e.r. because they didn't have the right equipment to check my finger since I couldn't bend it. Turns out I had severed my tendon. But I guess I was being too dramatic. Your front desk staff needs classes on customer service and how to treat people with respect no matter what their opinion of the situation is.
