Amazing place. Nice neighborhood feel . Management was very kind and maintenance was quick when requested.
The apartments are very nice and in a perfect area but management is terrible. I've lived there 5 months with nothing but noise issues from my neighbors. The manager had the audacity to accuse me of making up the noise. I called the courtesy officer on several occasions and not once did he ever pick up. I would not recommend anyone move in an apartment here other than the third floor because if you have any complaints they will not be addressed or resolved for you. Cancelled my lease 6 months early due to the terrible service I received. I can most definitely afford to move somewhere else and I think the people who work here forget they are providing a service people are paying for and should treat their CUSTOMERS this way.
This was a great place to live. They were very courteous, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. One of the maintenance guys even volunteered to help me carry my groceries upstairs. It's located in a great area that's always busy but our apartment was always quiet.
I highly recommend The Preserve. It has beautiful apartments, friendly neighbors, great amenities, and most importantly, wonderful staff. It is also in a wonderful location near lots of shopping and restaurants. You will enjoy your time here very much.
My wife and I have been living here almost a year now. The staff is amazing. From Lisa, Corey, and Avery at the front office to Jose and James doing grounds and maintenance. This place feels like a home. It's always clean and if there is a issue it's handled in a timely fashion. I have always felt safe living here and never had any issues with the neighbors. Great place would recommend it to anyone.
