I had a wonderful experience with Auto Nation Honda. My salesman, Andre Booth was knowledgeable and very congenial. He worked hard on my behalf to get the price I wanted and I feel very confident that I got more bang for my buck through this dealership; I did my research with other Honda dealerships and they didn't come close to what I received here. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. My Honda Civic Hatch is beautiful ( black on black), drives and handles like a dream, and I feel has superior qualities compared to other products I test drove. Thank you Andre and Auto Nation Honda. I am thrilled.
Daniel Hess was helpful, kind, HONEST, and considerate. I and my family have just returned from 7 years overseas, exhausted and in need of simple transportation while our "good" car was being shipped to the U.S. during the next few months. We wanted an older model car we could use for the next two years to supplement the "good" car, and eventually buy a new car later on. Daniel and Terrance Truitt, the salesman who emailed with me while we were in transit, made the whole experience a positive one. They helped me find a used car to fit the needs and plan I had, and didn't try to hustle or hassle me for more. I find it odd I could say these things about car salesmen, particularly in the used car business, but these guys were great and really helped us, and I will happily seek them out again when we will buy a new car in a year or so. Great business model at AutoNation, and great personnel!!
I went looking for a good used car that wasn't an outrageous price. I brought my 4 month old daughter and a friend. I had to deal with 2 salesmen. The first one just tried to sell me junk. Literally, it was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust pipe. It had the wrong CarFax in it. I brought it to the man's attention. He said "It sure does, so do you want to buy this car. " This guy clearly didn't car about my needs, especially my daughter's health, because the exhaust smell was horrible. He pawned me off to another salesman. He was so much nicer and seemed genuine about getting me a good car. Well I found one. The tire pressure light wouldn't go off so I wanted them to fix it before I wrote the check. They wanted the check first. Long story short, they fixed it first. They said it was getting detailed when I was filling out the paperwork. It wasn't. The inside had dirt in the cup holders and compartments and the trunk had leaves on the inside. Oh and the next day, I realized my window didn't roll down. The cable broke on the inside. The part alone was $135. The only reason they get a 3 star is because of the second salesman and because when I went to drive it off the lot, a dime was stuck in the charger and one of the men helped me.
This place is awesome. Best experience I've ever had waiting on an oil change. The staff is very friendly, there are complimentary drinks and a snack machine. The waiting area was very clean and the staff also kept checking on me asking was I ok and asking what channel we wanted the television on. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Oh and the lady that checked me out after my car was finished is VERY knowledgeable, she gave me a very detailed run down about my vehicle in a way that I actually understood (I know nothing about cars). I would recommend this place to everyone and it's very affordable as well, cheapest oil change I've ever had. This will definitely be my new car care home.
I received a letter in the mail concerning a recall on my Honda's battery sensor. I called and made an appiintment. I was scheduled to bring my car in on Monday but Tyler called me three hours prior and advised me that during the weekend, they ran out of the part needed for my car. So he and I rescheduled me for Tuesday. I got there at 10:44 am and was done at 2pm. They were pretty busy. Tyler called my phone to keep me posted on what was going on. I've never had my vehicle serviced there. I've only purchased parts for my CR-V. I never paid attention to the service department. I did have a positive and pleasant experience.
