This dealership kept my car for 1 1/2 months waiting on parts and techician analyst. I picked my car up over the weekend. The service person overcharged my credit card and then credited back the difference. The original charge hit my account immediately but the credit has not even be sent to my account. I started to go to work this morning and an engine warning light came on. I appears that my timing belt cover pop off on its own and shredded my alternator belt. The dealership is not taking any responsibility for this and it just happened. THERE IS SOMETHING MAJORLY WRONG WITH THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER, OR MANAGEMENT WANTING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. This is not acceptable and it was not always like this.
I had A great car buying experience with Tim Newsome and his sales manager. The process was quick, easy and I absolutely love my new 2017 Volvo XC90. I would absolutely recommend them and purchase from Rivertown in the future.
Young unhelpful girls that answer your phones are rude and have the worst customer service. Would not transfer me when I asked to speak with someone that would be more helpful then her. On to the next dealership.
Passenger side air blowing extremely HOT air while driver side blowing the cool AC air!?!? Pressed all heat related settings, but could not shut off HOT air. Parked, attended appointment, and when cranking the car afterwards, the passenger side was now blowing cool AC air. Explained to husband. We drove again, but cannot duplicate the problem. Looking for the local Volvo service number when I ran across reviews... and boy do I have concerns calling them now. Especially right now, while depending on just this car.
I am rating only 1 star until I have the chance to receive their customer and repair service. Dialing now...
