If you are looking for an honest price on a car I would suggest asking that Tommy Miller the Sales Manger to work your deal through the sales person. I personally have bought over 12 new cars through Tommy over the past 15 years. Because of his honesty and friendliness I followed him from Dodge, Ford and now GMC and I have never been disappointed or felt pressured in any way. The price and service has always been honest and fair through Tommy.
I think this is a Great place to buy a Buick. It has a nice ride. Everyday I'm falling even harder for my new car. I bought the Encore.... quaint but cute. I'm very proud of myself. I had standards and a budget....And I'm happy to share I met all my goals. I'm pleased.
I was traveling through Columbus on my way home to Marietta. I stopped for a break & when I restarted my car there was a change in performance & lights & messages on the dashboard. I called the nearest Buick dealership, which happened to be Rivertown. When I described what was going on, I was encouraged to come in immediately for service. The problem was diagnosed promptly, however the service would require more time than was left in the workday, so it was the following afternoon when I could pick up the car. Every single person in the service department was kind and answered all of my questions. I appreciated all of the care provided to me and my car. I made it safely home thanks to your expert attention.
Went in for routine service. The gentleman that was at the service desk was very nice, went over what they were going to do with my vehicle. I asked how long it would take bc I had my 5 month old with me, he said an hour to hour and fifteen minutes at the longest, there is free coffee and donuts! I went and had a seat, all the employees were really nice when walking by saying HI to my son. It was very clean in there and I was out in an hour at most!
Amanda is the best! Does her best to get me in and out. Love the charging stations so I can enjoy my cell phone. Great addition! Thank you for always having a snack of popcorn for me while waiting. My salesman, Jerome is the best. We have bought several vehicles from him at this dealership and he always makes it happen. I could not ask for more at this dealership. Thank you Jerome for selling me my awesome Sierra and thank you Amanda for keeping it in great condition. Love my GMC!
