This is by far one of the best Hot Topic stores I have been in. Its not just the merchandise that they sell but that employees genuinely want to be there and help you find what ever you are looking for. I ordered around 6 Dr. Who pops and 4 of them were damaged. The employees did not histate to fix the problem and got it all squared away for me. The bottom line is that this Hot Topic is great and the employees are amazing.

You guys need to get some air conditioning in your store cause every time I go it's hot and muggy in there. It's small and once it's crowded then it's like a pact of smelly emo sardines. Could turn the music down cause it's hard to talk to friends while in store shopping with out having to scream over screamO music. Other than that it's a pretty good store.
