These employees don't do anything remotely close to even trying. They hang up the phone or won't answer. Most can barely ring up a transaction without help and are just downright rude. If it wasn't the closest location to me I'd never step foot in there again but alas im a collector. They need a swift kick in the butt forreal.
They make sure that you are happy with the price in your merchandise I went there looking for one thing date in heaven and they found me something else I glad they had it and it was at a cheaper price

Ok toys r us let's get this straight. You're employees are MAD DISRESPECTFUL. I went in to toys r us with my sister and niece and right when we walked into the store we spotted some balls, well I bounced it a few times by a few I mean 4 Times like a dribble. I was just about to put the ball up when this RUDE AND VERY LOUD WHITE MAN comes out of no where and screams at us "gUyz sT0p BoUNCiNg DA baLLz." and startles me. Now here me out, I understand he has a job to do and I probably shouldn't have bounced the ball. BUT when I'm BUYING SOMETHING OUT OF YOUR STORE I WANT TO MAKE SURE ITS WHAT I WANT. I'm not about to buy a bootleg ball and go home have it be wack have to come back and waste my time and yours. He could've easily walked over to us and said "hey guys you can't bounce balls in the store. Ok?" Nice and calmly like a normal person would And I would have happily stopped. But since he wanted to catch an attitude and show out in front of a female employee he yelled at us LOUD in front of other customers. How about y'all teach your employees not to be rude heathens and yell at people who didn't know the rules? Put some signs up if y'all that scared of people touching your precious balls. I was going to say something to him but something told me not to cause homie would've gotten his feelings hurt. Do y'all yell at kids too? I'll be posting a photo of him and I won't be buying anything from y'all punks anymore and I'll be sure to tell friends about him. He's a White male looks to be in his late LATE 50's and a receding hairline with some glasses and overweight. Was working at the front desk on November 1st around 4ish maybe later. Check you're trash employees.
