There was a really nice young man named Samuel who answered all of my questions with no problem.
Very nice staff, they always have what i need for my children and for myself i am a fitness instructor and sometimes it call be difficult finding the perfect active wear, but old navy always has what i need.
I hate to leave a bad review but please please bring back the "old" Old Navy. The store is always a mess when I go. The employees move like snails. The manager, well, lets just say everyone knows she is the manager. Talks down to the employees. I've even heard her talk down about an employee to other employees. She never smiles. This store use to be so upbeat with friendly employees. But with a manager like this I'm sure it's hard to enjoy your job. Employees need to keep clothes folded and neat. And speak to your customers. Also, one last request, can you please have clothes that match. You have colors that are "different" but you don't have anything that can be matched together.
I am a loyal customer at old navy and I spend a lot of money in this store, when I purchased some things on my last visit the store manager her name is Nikki was very rude and disrespectful. I didn't appreciate her attitude toward me at all. I am a paying coustomer in that store just like everyone else, so when I come in i exspect to be treated with respect. Very Disappointed!
There is an employee there named Marvin and he is very helpful.He is so nice and seems to be a hard worker.If you are reading this, go see him for all your Old Navy needs.I have never felt so welcomed.(08/25/17)
