The staff is super friendly and my experience is always great!
Great group of people. Everyone was very kind and pleasant. Dr. Carpenter is an easy going person, very down to earth. I would very much recommend him to anyone.
I appreciate being able to come in same day. Very glad my "issue" was really not an issue. Love and trust Dr. Carpenter and the entire staff. So glad he "adopted" me when my previous dentist passed away.
Second visit:
First visit and I'm glad I found this practice. Dr. Carpenter, his dental assistant Amy, and Kimberly the hygienist were all friendly and professional (a great combination of traits)
Once again an enjoyable (yes, enjoyable) appointment. Dr. Carpenter's dental assistant Amy is low key and exudes calm - and the calmness rubs off :>). Dr. Carpenter is a master at getting the job done (had 3 teeth pulled today and I didn't flinch once!). Amy and Dr. Carpenter are a perfect team
Overall I had a great experience and will continue to see him moving forward.
First time visit to Dr. Carpenter, who came highly recommended by a neighbor. I Recently moved to GA from MI. in January.
Told the dental assistant that my prior dentist in MI saw a cavity and the need for a new cap. After taking x-rays of the area in question and a thorough examination of the area and cap , Dr. Carpenter could not concur with my prior dentist's findings. I sincerely appreciated his honesty. Also enjoyed Dr Carpenter's "bedside manner"...he put me at ease.
