Dr. Carpenter and his staff are some of the nicest folks in town. Always make you feel comfortable and cared for! My son has special needs and was complaining of a painful area in his mouth and said he thought his tooth was broken or a filling had come out. It turned out to be something very routine, but they never once made me feel foolish for bringing him in. Took great care and concern in evaluating his situation.
Insomuch as you can love a dentist's appointment;. Dr. Carpenter and his staff are honestly some of the friendliest, most kind people that you ever want to be around, especially when they're taking care of you. Customer Service is a dying art in so many other industries, but most surely not there! Please, continue to keep up the great work.
