All three of my children are seen by Dr. Lopez. We travel quite a distance from where we live for their appointments, but it is definitely worth it. Dr. Lopez is a highly knowledgeable dentist who cares deeply about the needs of his patients; always focused on their best interest. His staff is phenomenal as well, always kind and patient with the children. His office is awesome!
Dr. Lopez knew his business. Sandy and Dr. Lopez's staff were very very respectful and nice. If there was an issue with my braces, they saw me immediately! Pleased with the results.
Honestly becoming a patient at this clinic has been my worst medical decision. I came in as a transfer, and I was pretty close to being done with treatment. I later find out they charged me as a new patient and charged me over $4000. Dr.Lopez himself is actually a very rude and unmannered man. I had (and still do) have a concern about my treatment, and attempted to explain to him and he did nothing but shut me down. Once they removed my braces it was extremely noticeable that they did not treat my bottom teeth properly. I paid over $4000 and do not even have nicely aligned bottom teeth. (and no its not because I do not wear my retainers, my retainers them self are crooked proving thats how they were as soon as they took the brackets off.) To make matters worse, my top retainers broke in half. I called them to see how much it would be to get them replaced/fixed and they tell me $300+! FOR JUST THE TOP BROKEN RETAINER! I was most definitely not going to pay that much. I looked around more and found the office of Dr.Jay Harris on Brokestone Parkway, and they only charged me $100 to get them fixed!!!! Please learn for others mistake and do not go here. So much more places with nicer doctors who will actually listen and not leave you with crooked teeth after charging you over $4000.
Has if I didn’t already absolutely hate my experience with this place, they went to make matters worse. I received my treatment and retainers from them which I paid a ridiculous amount of money for. The retainers are cheap quality and broke as I was removing them. I called to see how much they would charge me, or to see if they would fix it and the lady tells me $350!!! They produce faulty products and then later want to charge us for their cheap mistakes. Dr Lopez is the absolute worst with no manners what’s so ever. He’s rude and does not care for your concerns. This is the kind of clinic that just cares about money, money, money!! Not the happiness nor positive results of their patients.
Dr. Lopez is always upfront and honest with what the next steps will be with the Dental plan for my son. We are always in and out in a timely manner for appts. The staff is always helpful & friendly. We are always pleased with our experience each time.
