I was told I have early periodontitis and needed a 1000 dollars in treatment, which sounded funny because I just went to sweetgums dental two weeks earlier, and they said I just needed a regular cleaning but because I didn't wanna pay out of pocket for a cleaning I went to ideal smile because they are in my insurance network(I'm a reservists) They also told my wife she has two cavities which was a lie because she ALSO goes to sweetgums for the ARMY RESERVE for exams and was told no such thing. This place is in it for the money and those dental assistants and Dr's will play you to fill the companies pockets.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR PASS MY APPT TIME, I SAW THE DR FOR LESS THAN 30 SECONDS, WAS TOLD I NEEDED TREATMENT THAT WOULD COST ME MORE THAN $500 PERSONALLY + PLUS I HAVE TRICARE INSURANCE!!!! STAY AWAY!!! THEY OVERCHARGE!!!

I went in for a cleaning ( no, complaints there) but I walked out with a dental plan that would cost me $3,000 OUT OF POCKET; and I have dental through the Military...I going for a second opinion elsewhere!!
