I wish I could post 0 stars. This place will preform services on you without disclosing they are not covered by your insurance and then charge you extravagant amounts for them. They will tell you it is policy that they not discuss prices in the dental rooms. Why on earth would you not discuss prices of services they are trying to preform and further more, at least tell me that the procedure is not covered by any insurance. They also do not care if they hurt you. I will never go back. They care more about where the next dollar is coming from then about your oral health.
Hannah the hygienist was AMAZING! She was very patient with me & made sure throughout my whole treatment that I was comfortable and had no pain. She understood that I have a high dental fear and panic attacks so she allowed me to take breaks as needed, so I could catch my breath or calm myself down (due to panic attacks). I will use her every time I am due to go back. Office was clean and the staff was great. This place has made my smile so much better :)
As a new client of Dr. Shah and her team I am very impressed! I had to get a lot done in one visit and they made the process as comfortable as possible for me. Nikki (don't know the spelling) was extremely polite and professional. I also met Dr. Shah who was very kind and professional as well. They seem to have a perfect team of professionals. They use technology I have yet to see and show/explain everything to you in a way that allows you to feel more comfortable yet understand every step of the process along the way. This is absolutely the best dentist experience I've had in my 28 years. I look forward to my next visit.

My mom and I have been going to this office for many years. I just had white fillings done by Dr.Shah and it was a good experience. Lindsay always cracks me up, making my visits comfortable. I have seen 3 different hygienists and they are gentle and explain everything to me. I had to go to a dental office in Atlanta last year for a cleaning while I was away at school and my experience wasn't pleasant. I'm glad to be back to my hometown office. It's a Columbus Gem!
