I have been going to this practice for a few years. The staff has always been pleasant. After years of going there suddenly I received a bill. I guess they are not part of the tricare network anymore and they didn't bother to let me know. On top of that the first bill I received has a finance charge because is over 90 days due. I called the office they told me the billing person was out and took my information to give me a call back. A week went back and no call back. They did wave the finance charge but I feel they should have inform the patient of the changes. Their website even has a military oriented tab but it doesn't bother to say they are not part of the tricare network any longer and you will have to pay out of pocket. While the service was good it was nothing amazing that I will be willing to pay extra out of pocket for. I will be looking for a new dentist.
My hygienist, Kim, was awesome! She has a great personality and chair-side manner. Her cleaning was probably one of the most pain-free I've ever had. Dr. Collier was awesome too! He was thorough and answered all of my questions. He gave me a great plan for treatment. I'm glad I found my new dentist!!
