Great customer care. The owner personally takes care of her customers and ensures their needs are met. The representative I spoke to was very polite and courteous. Her name was Leona. She rescheduled my appointment for the following day, and I assured her I would be in for my second service as originally scheduled.
The experience I have on a consistent basis at Columbus Skin care Salon has always been of the utmost. I'm never disappointed. there are even times I let the stylist, Darrliena, "do her thing" with my hair...SHE'S THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONABLE STYLIST I'VE EVER ALLOWED TO TOUCH MY HAIR...I travel all the way from Washington, DC to get my hair done, because I know it's going to be amazing, one of a kind and reasonable and what I WANT! This is the only salon and stylist, I let touch my hair. I trust HER judgment. completely. I've been going to Darrliena for over 10 years...the only thing that's changed is my style. Always a pleasant and "worth it" time when I go. I recommend all my friends to them. I wish I could post pictures, cause this girl is AMAZING. along with her many achievements AND experience on the BIG screen and countless celebrities, she cares about my hair health...My hair grew 5 inches within 3 months when she started treating my hair, she has healing hands...LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
Yolanda answered all my skin questions throughly. The office of was clean and the staff was friendly. My microdermabrasion was a relaxing experience.

I had my eyelashes extension done with Yolanda and I absolutely love them! They look so pretty and natural just like I wanted. I had it done in another place before and the whole experience was really uncomfortable, but with Yolanda It was so relaxing, I even dozed off. She is very gentle and professional.
