I have used this kind of service for nails for 40 years! I’ve even bought the materials to do acrylic nails on myself back in the early 80’s because places using the filing electric tools were not available or used here (or perhaps everywhere )! I figured after playing the piano my entire life in spite of having nice, but shorter nails, I likely could do this myself since the appointments were lengthy(like 2 hours or longer) and difficult to work into a busy working life!! All that to say, this is a place that understands quality work, since I know enough to be picky, the importance of the client, safety, cleanliness, and reliability!! When I’ve given my opinion, I was not ignored or shrugged off
I was very disappointed. I came in to get my nails done, I got a simple full set no polish and he was nice to me and accommodating. After I left about a day later the nails started coming off at the bottom I guess the glue wasn't a good quality but they look terrible they look like I've had them for weeks and I work at a desk so I haven't been doing anything that would be hard on them whatsoever.
Went to get my nails done Friday. Had to go back the same day because the polish was put on poorly. Had to go back today again because a nail broke and the polish came off again. This time the owner painted my nails. I asked for designs on my fingers and he ignored me. I told him I wanted designs and he acted like he had an attitude. I told him forget it. I will NEVER go back to that shop! SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE! If we pay our money it is there job to satisfy the customer. You would think the owner will take care of his customers! Poor business!!! I give them a F!
My nails are uneven and my paint is starting to peel. Instead of putting on clear coat he put on an extra layer of gel. I tried to tell him but he wouldn't listen until I told him to touch my nail. They used to be good now they're lazy. Trying to stay loyal but I'm more disappointed the more I show up. I'm extremely aggravated I just want to take my nails off
I love the male who did my feet he made sure the water was fine and he picked the color due to I am a picky person
