Do not move here! The new management (2017) is horrible! Maintenence is horrible! They all have the worst attitudes and they act like they are doing us a huge favor by actually doing their job. Beware if you are thinking of moving here because they seem very friendly, until they get your signed lease in their hands.
I absolutely hate it!! Worse decision ever... the staff seems to be very unorganized and not knowledgeable at times..loud neighbors, stray cats all over the place... so many issues in this trash apt. Leaking refrigerator, washing machine constantly popping opening leaving me to clean up soapy water that was recently serviced for the 2nd time!! Not to mention only one dumpster that sits all the way in the front of the complex so you have to drive or walk your trash a damn mile..What really has me upset is every time I look up I'm seeing roaches(disgusting)!! Do not move here!! I was new to the city and wish that I had of done more research! They don't even deserve the 1 star!
we had a lot of roaches and bugs and the pool is nice but i would not give it a 5 star rating
this is as pitiful management team i have ever seen. the upstairs apt has been leaking in my apt for a week and the day i cant meet them at 5 30 this heefer wants to cop an attitude , she must not realize if it wasnt for people like me she would be unemployed. do not ever think about moving in to this mold having roach infested place.
They do not have pest control and there are nasty water bugs all inside of everyone's apartments (told by neighbors and others from the other buildings as well). They do not check filters, fire alarms, fire extinguishers or any other safety features. I don't usually write these types of reviews (only the good ones), but I have been here for years and this place has went from a 4 star review to a 1 star with the current staff! There are much better apartments out there for this price and I can't wait until our lease is up...if we make it!
