We’ve been using them for a while now, but lately we’re considering finding a new vet. Staff is rude and treats me like I am an inconvenience. Recently they refused to give me diarrhea meds for our dog without first examining the dog (which I understand), but then treated me like I was ruining their day when I told them that I needed to leave my dog there for the examination to happen. They don’t seem to realize that some of us have to work. They are very pushy, trying to get us to spend hundreds of unnecessary dollars on unnecessary tests and treatments. They are the equivalent of a rude, judgemental used car salesman.
This Veterinary office is very good and reasonable. They have been spot on with my animals diagnoses and have no problem referring you to Auburn University Animal Hospital if what your animal needs can't been done at there office.
Super awesome and patient folks. My pup is high anxiety. No big deal for them. Courteous and professional staff. Oh and probably the best prices in town! Thanks!
It is always stressful taking animals to the vet but Dr. Brennan and staff are amazing. My fiancé and I rescued a cat from the Atlanta Humane Society in August 2016. When we got him home he began peeing outside his litter box. We had to take him to Dr. Brennan multiple times to try and resolve whatever issue he was having. Each visit she made us feel at ease and I never walked out of there thinking I had just been ripped off. Dr. Brennan eventually found a cure for our cat and couldn't be happier with the fact we were able to keep him. We also took our dog here for her yearly check up and dental cleaning. I was shocked at how low the bill was when we checked out. Overall, great staff, clean facility, and reasonable prices.
