One of the staff was rude, I dont know how you get customers honostly.

Okay so I have been coming here ever since they sold GameCube games new so you already know that's a long time I probably know just about everyone and all the managers this store was one of my favorite stores to go to but here lately it seems like the only people that know what they're doing are the managers like McKenna and the other two girls yesterday me and my wife went in there with a gift card certificate that was playing off of computer and we were handed it to the person at the cash register it was a older heavyset guy with glasses he claimed to be a GM but could not for the life of him scan the gift card to let us know how much was on it and not even that we stayed there for about 10 minutes before he helped us he acted like he did not know what the hell he was doing how can you be a GM and not know your store I'm not sure if he actually was 1 but like I said this store has gone downhill ever since they got rid of the old people like Champ Fred Ashanti and Chris the only reason I still go here is because of McKenna and the other two girls.
Good selection. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous Staff.
