Saw all the great deals they had online so I decided to go get a membership, unfortunately they have a small aisle of baby stuff and it is mostly overpriced diapers. They had 1 12 count box of stage 2 food. The rest of the store is pretty decent
Basic membership cost will be paid for over the course of a year in gasoline savings alone. Decent selection of meats and "clean food," great selection of cheeses. If you have kids, the food court is the cheapest place to eat.
I hate Walmart and Sam's with the hate I don't have for any other store. Horrible and I mean horrible customer service especially at Walmart. I think society knows the only reason people go to Walmart are the cheap prices and huge selection. There is way more to a business than price and selection but when everyone is trying to save as much as possible we have to turn to Walmart and Walmart and it's employees know this. And I still don't shop here a lot because I can afford to spend an extra $5 on going to Winn Dixie or Publix. But when I do I get the same experience. Walmart employees hide from you so you won't ask them where something is and with that multi billion dollar business refuses to open more than 5-10 lines when there are 25 available. I hate them with a burning intensity. If you reading this Walmart. Die.
All was ok except that there were very few employee on the floor to provide information and answer questions, and I was not the only person needing info. However, the cashier and meat section personnel were very courteous and professional.
I've been going to Sam's Club 20 plus yrs in Columbus. Purchased all my tires and batteries. Never had a problem until about 2 yrs ago. The quality of service, the overall look and cleanliness and order of the store went down hill. I knew a couple of employees that left because of management. Today I went there and it seemed to be alot better looking at the overall appearance. 2 months ago I replaced my tires,had to make an appointment to get it done, was there on time, and I walked out 2 hrs later. The Dept was short staffed. Seems as though the whole store is short staffed.
