I have been there a few times and the last two times I have went and got gel polish it has come off in two days. It's seems like they try to rush and they don't do a good job. I won't ever go back to them. I feel as if I pay money for someone to do my nails I want them to do a good job and I need it to last. They just rush and don't care how good of a job they do.
The first time I went here I did not read the reviews and I am very glad I did not. I loved their work and have been back several times since. I have never had a bad experience here.
I have been here over 20 different times and used three different technicians. These ladies are absolutely wonderful. They do a absolute top-notch job compared to anything else I've had done locally. They are polite, take their time, and my nails always look fabulous. The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend this nail salon over any others I have been to in the local area. They don't even come close to competing.
Stephanie is nice and kind. Some of the other technicians are gossipy, petty and brusque with customers. Stephanie does my nails perfectly each time and does it with a sweet smile.
This is definitely NOT a quality place of business. I've been suspicious for a while that they have been manipulating their products. My gel nail color NEVER matches the supposedly matching nail color and now after less than 24 hours my gel nails are bubbling up and literally just peeling off. When I ask for a repair or at least a soak off they refused and said they were too busy. Please DO NOT support this type of fraudulent behavior. I will be reporting them to my financial institution today and getting my money back as I did not receive the service that was promised.
