CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!!!! Terrible place, management sucks. No one ever answers the phone when you call the office. If you leave a message no one returns your call. If you have a maintenance emergency they tell you to call another number and leave a digital message. They have contractors do work on there place and don't pay them. They leave construction dumpsters in front of your apartment for months because they don't pay their hired contractors. Their owned by company in California so don't expect to talk with someone's supervisor if you have a problem they'll tell you that you can't have that number, and the only regional manager they have works out of Atlanta and she is just as incompetent as the on-site manager. They are in terrible condition and can't pay their own bills, therefor i don't see them getting any better under the current ownership and management. And because they don't pay their hired help any issues caused by that project like a leaking roof don't expect it to be taken care of by anyone because no once cares, leave a message and don't hold your breath!
This community has been purchased by a new company and has awesome new management! Since they took over, the apartments have been getting upgraded and paying rent online is so easy! The staff is really friendly and professional, and maintenance issues are quickly repaired. I highly recommend living here!
