Valley Healthcare is a superb alternate Healthcare facility. There are doctors as well as physician assistants on duty daily from 7:30 until 5:30 Monday through Friday and every second and third Saturday. They also have and on-site Pharmacy where you can get discount prescription meds. They also have the Pam program that assist low-income patients in receiving high-end medications. They do usually charge on a pay scale which never exceeds $30 to my knowledge. The caregiving here is exceptional and I would recommend anyone who is uninsured to visit the facility.
I was so happy when I first moved here to find a place that has everything in one place. But that all changed I couldn't get any appointment with the dentist. Front desk clerks in pediatric was rude as hell. I was there at 8:00 for an 8:30 appointment all my son was due for was a shot ( that I later found out he didn't even need) we left there at 9:37 and my son still didn't have the shot. The eye doctor wasn't any better i took my daughter in on June 16th they just got her glasses in a few days ago but we can't pick them up till Aug.9th because the doctor in on vacation. I've already changed my kids doctor. And I would refer anyone that want decent service to this place. They really need to get it together and do better.
Wrong meds I'm not happy . They act like I ought to be happy with what I'm given . Is it too much to ask to get what I am supposed to get . Or warned that they are substituting? I am upset that I get treated this way .
Over the last couple years I have run into health and financial problems; I was referred to use Valley Healthcare. On Monday 06/16/2017 at approximately O300 hrs, I approached PAM program Coordinator. As I was speaking with her and asked a question reguarding approval on lower cost medications, that I was not contacted about in the time frame after approved for. Employee become boisterous and unprofessional, advising me not to say another word, she was gonna give me the pharmaceutical company information and contact number. This to me was very disturbing, unethical behavior for a so called Certified Pharmacy Technician Professional. I give PRAISE to my DOCTOR and PHARMACIST that work at Valley Healthcare, they're Very Professional and have GREAT ethics when it comes to showing courtesy to all patrons who I've observed that uses the facility for medical care.
The wait time is horrible. If my doctor wasn't as awesome as she is and the pediatrics weren't such a great place for my kids I'd leave this office. Pediatrics is better than family practice. If you have an appointment after 9 as an adult plan to be there all day!
