We have usually enjoyed eating at Cheddar's, but tonight was the worst. My wife ordered the vegetable plate and soup. When it was served nearly 45 minutes later, the baked
sweet potato was too cool to melt the butter and the other veggies were also cool. They didn't bring her soup until she asked for it. I ordered the Ultimate nachos and they were so cool that the cheese had solidified again and was cool to the touch. I asked to speak to the manager, who took our plates to the kitchen to remake them. She returned after a while with new plates that were warm enough to eat, but not as hot as we like our food. The baked sweet potato was about half the size of the first one and was still not as hot as it should have been. In addition, they gave her a different vegetable than she had ordered . The manager offered to get the right thing, but my wife said it was okay. The food was still not as good as we have had in the past. My wife had ordered a croissant with her meal and had to ask the server for it. Overall, the most dissapointing meal we gave ever had at Cheddar's.
Really disappointed with the customer service at this location. We fled here as evacuees from Hurricane Irma. Everyone in Columbus has been so warm and welcoming to us Floridians, except the young lady that took our take out order over the telephone. As an evacuee, we do not have the ability to cook meals for ourselves. We have been living in a hotel for 4 days. I understand that she apparently she is upset she has to work when there is a tropical storm but she took a job in the hospitality industry. Perhaps this isn't the right field of work for her. When we asked if they had plastic utensils, she snarled " I don't know on the account of the weather". You don't know if it is a standard protocol to provide take out orders with utensils because of the weather?

Really disappointed in the service here. A simple request no bread crumbs in the Mac n cheese couldn’t be executed this time when I request this all the time and is done with no issue. Last time coming to this place. I recommend other restaurants in the area.
Very disappointed!! There was 3 of us and none of us got what we ordered. We ate what they brought because we didn't want to sit there another hour waiting on them to get our orders right. The manager came over when we were almost done and asked if she could have them make the order right. No Thanks...we just wanted to eat and get out of there. She never once offered to deduct any from our bill or give any type coupon. We are military and we usually gather in numbers. It would have been nice to have been compensated just a little. There will be 12 of us next month and I'm wondering where the best place to eat will be.
I have been in Columbus for about a month now. Visited this establishment 3xs prior to today. Each time I enjoyed it. HOWEVER came today asked for the outside tables and got the BEST WAITER EVER (funny, catering,respectful,entertaining, and down to earth). ANTOINE loved him! I bought my two adult boys to Cheddars and they bonded with him and WE all had a great experience. Food and drinks were AWESOME!
You don't get a fork when it rains but you get one when it is sunny? There was no need to be mean, short and show the customer that she is irritated- leave us out of it, we are just hungry customers.
