Every time I was here staff and food have been great. Whenever I had a problem they worked hard to solve the problem. You just have to be patient.
Terrible terrible terrible. We sat down with no waitress for almost 10 minutes. Finally after asking to get drinks our waitress shows up. No apologies, no explanation. We then order our food and it takes almost 35 minutes, they had maybe 5-6 tables to serve at the 30 minute mark. During the waiting we ordered drinks which took 20 minutes! The drinks tasted watered down... because they sat.... at the bar.... for twenty minutes. I ordered two shots of Patron that NEVER showed up! Apparently they lost the ticket... so there is that!

Forgot appetizer and the salad came out missing spice on the chicken and another ingredient.... server said she would tell the mgr but the mgr never came out to speak to the table. Very disappointed.
Manager tried to make it right by taking it off the ticket. But I was obviously still hungry and wasn’t in the mood for burnt food or in the mood to wait any longer.
We were sitting beside the kitchen, so I was able to hear what everyone was more concerned about. Which was when they were getting off of work. Finish your job then worry about it. They were more worried about rolling silverware rather than serving the tables.
The place was not crowded but the greeter ignored my suggestion on where i wanted to sit. The appetizers was great. Either the waitress or the bartender didn't know what a simple lemon drop is or what glass it goes in... my daughter chicken dippers look like crumbs or boneless chicken bits... our entrees came out in pieces the corn on the cob was over cooked...the cheese cake was mediocre definitely not rich. I was very disappointed and i love chili's s but this one needs to do better because I never had this problem at a cchili's the set up is nice though. I'm going to seriously pray for this chili's they need some motivation and some pride in they work. My waitress look stressed as depressed.
Food finally shows up! Cold, burnt, and very poorly presented! 20$ for a plate of food that looked like it was slopped on the plate... black beans were burnt and dry. Steak fajitas were burnt and tasteless.
This was a first time visit to Chili's and my, was it good! We first were kindly greeted by two girls up front. Our waitress was very kind and helpful also. Our food was amazing! I had the margarita grilled chicken, so tasty! My husband had the southern smokehouse burger, I would also recommend it! He had a beer, reformation ipa (Atlas) it was delicious! I had a lime margarita on the rocks and they were not shy with the tequila! The only down fall with Chili's was the bathroom. My husband said the guy's was dirty and the women's wasn't so much dirty, but one of the sinks wouldn't turn on and both paper towel dispensers were broken. Overall I would highly recommend Chili's if your looking for great costumer service and amazing food!
