Very bad service,rude people and you wait all day or night. Bathroom needs to be cleaned up, stay away if you can.
Love the chicken, not enough Church's Chicken around anymore. You have to get it where you can.
Slow drive thru speaker not working. No notice 4 cars left.
HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!! The employees are rude and can not handle a rush. Be prepared for your order to be wrong and to be charged for things you did not order or receive. Also, don't go here if you have things to do. You will be in the drive through for at least 10 minutes, and it's much longer if you go inside to order. This restaurant chain only seems to offer a lackluster experience at best. All the ones here in Columbus could use a lot of improving, but this one's seems to be the worst of them all.
Worst service ever. I ordered a three piece chicken tender meal, the cashier gave me one bbq sauce. Does it look like I only ordered one tender.
