I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this location was. The ladies up front were very polite and even brought our food out to us. Would definitely come back.
Service was good and fast but food was cold and hard
I drove to the drive thru and waited for a couple of minutes with no response from anyone. I called out but still no response. The cars waiting behind me were building up so I drove to the window. The young man was clearly hesitant to come to the window. When he came he told me that I had to drive back around. The young man was not disrespectful. I explain that the reason I came to the window was to let them know that no one is responding to those of us that are at he the drive thru.
Not that great. Food was cold and tasted old. Bread was also stale
I have been to this Krystals twice and on both occasions my orders have been completely wrong. The customer service is horrible but my food was at least hot to which I had to give my food to my brother since my order was wrong and I didn't want to waste money nor food. Will never go there again.
